Hello, we are Josh and Marie the co-founders of TimeLapseCameras.com. We created this site out of the necessity to provide a better customer experience for long term time lapse projects. We are both commercial photographers in Rochester, Minnesota and Afidus and Brinno time lapse camera users since 2013. We have been using time lapse cameras daily for client and creative work for the past eight years.

In late 2018, the Afidus Long Term time lapse camera was introduced to us and we are now the exclusive retailer in North America. The amazing Afidus ATL-200 has mind-blowing potential and we are very excited with everything this camera offers. You can purchase the camera on this site, however, we needed a site dedicated to showing off the features and we created AfidusCam.com as the learning base for this system.

In 2019 we brought the Afidus camera to the National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) in Las Vegas and won a product of the year award. 

Due to our extensive camera knowledge, we provide the highest level of customer support for North America. Josh has been to Brinno HQ in Taiwan twice and has  attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the International Builders Show (IBS) as a representative in the Brinno show booths. 

Like builders, photographers rely on tools. long term time lapse cameras are tools which get the job done at a much lower cost than alternative solutions. However, creating a long term time lapse project requires predicting the future. There are many variables from camera selection to settings and final editing. This is where we come in. We will assist you every step of the way, from choosing the best time lapse camera, customizing your settings, getting you a sturdy mount and even helping with the final editing.
